AWARD TO KAFKAS FROM CONSUMERS
Kafkas has been awarded with a plaquette by the Consumer’s Association (TÜKDER) for its respect in consumer rights and its customer satisfaction approach. In addition Kafkas has received consumer’s title of privilege by the City Directorship of Industry and Commerce for its efforts in developing and implementing consumer consciousness in the society.

Giving high priority to customer satisfaction Kafkas is trying to reach maximum quality through science and technologies. Matching customers' health and quality expectations in foodstuff production is made possible by separate determination of each factor constituting risk at any stage from the beginning of manufacture to introduction into consumption and by eliminating these risk factors.

(HACCP) accepted by all countries in the world as the most basic application for secure and quality food manufacture in terms of health and Good Manufacture Practice (GMP) as the main objective.

In line with these applications our whole manufacture and customer services are managed in accordance with the Total Quality Management approach.
