50-gr grated sheep cheese (a mild, pale yellow cheese made of sheep’s milk)
A pinch of thyme
Salt, black pepper, mint
Cook spaghetti in very-salt boiling water for 9 minutes and then strain it. Melt butter in dressing pan. Add spaghetti and sugar-free mashed chestnut to the oil and then mix them up. Blend salt, thyme, mint and black pepper in it. Put the spaghetti on the service plate and sprinkle grated sheep cheese over it. Cook it in microwave oven for one minute or in dressing pan for a few minutes till sheep cheese is melt
