300-gr of flour
100-gr of powdered sugar
100-gr of Kafkas Cracked Candied Chestnut
1 egg
Yolk of one egg
50-gr of powdered almond
60-gr of string-bag almond
150-gr of butter
a pinch of vanilla
Mix flour, powdered sugar, butter, powdered almond, egg, yolk, and vanilla in a pot and divide into portions among tartlet molds; put cracked candied chestnut over them and cover with rest of the dough; smear water and butter and arrange string-bag almonds over it; and cook in an oven at 180 0C for 30 minutes.
