500-gr milk
2-tablespoon of corn starch
1-tablespoon of cocoa
2 eggs
100-gr granulated sugar
80-gr of Bitter Chocolate
1 tea glass of Praline
100-gr of Kafkas Cracked Candied Chestnut
Half a tea glass of liquid cream
For coating:
6-piece of candied cherry
2-teaspoon of powdered green
18-piece of candied chestnut in whole
After mixing and cooking milk, corn starch, egg and powdered sugar, add bitter chocolate and praline. Let it cool for a while; place on the bottom of glass cups the cracked candied chestnuts and pour prepared mixture over it; dress with candied chestnut in whole, candied cherry and powdered peanut and serve.
