For its dough:
1-package of petite-beurre biscuit
3-tablespoon of butter
2-tablespoon of granulated sugar
One tea glass of cinnamon
For its cream:
100-gr white chocolate
Half a tea glass of powdered sugar
120-gr liquid cream
100-gr Kafkas Candied Chestnut with Syrup
A pinch of vanilla
200-gr of labne cheese
2-tea glass of powdered jelly
For coating:
70 gr. White chocolate
A pinch of cinnamon
Crumble biscuits; mix with butter, powdered sugar and cinnamon and spread on bottom of a cake mold, sides of which can be parted; for its cream, whisk liquid cream, labne cheese and powdered sugar in a mixer for 3 minutes; add powdered jelly, melt in a separate pot, to the mixture; add white chocolate, melted with bain-marie style, vanilla and powdered sugar; spread half of the prepared cream over the hoop; arrange candied chestnut, soaked in syrup, and pour rest of the cream over it; smooth with a pallet knife and let rest at -15 0C temperature for 3 hours. Incise milky-chocolate with tip of the tablespoon and give shape over the cake; sprinkle cinnamon over it and serve. |
