Sieve flour in a deep pot. Add butter, powdered sugar, yolk and vanilla and knead them. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. After distributing among tart molds make hole in the middle by a fork. Let it cook in already warmed oven at 180 0C temperature for 16 minutes. Boil the milk, yolk and brown sugar for its cream, then add cornstarch and vanilla and continue cooking. Add butter and boil for somewhat more time. Pour cooked cream in a large, flat, shallow, and open tray and let it cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Pour over the tart the cream which you have prepared. Line up cracked candied chestnuts over it.Incise the white cream with a spoon’s tip to give shape. Dress with bay leaf and shaped white chocolate sprinkle candy over it.
