¾ water glass of glucose syrup (also strained honey can be used)
35-gr (near two and half- tablespoon) butter
4-tablespoon flour
Egg white of 4-eggs
For its coating:
200-gr Kafkas Light Candied Chestnuts
1 package of tart jelly
Sieve the flour in a deep pot for preparing tart dough. Add butter, rested at room temperature, egg whites and granulated sugar and then knead it. Roll out with roller and place in lubricated tart mold; let rest in refrigerator for half an hour, while blending all materials for dressing for 2 minutes. Line up candied chestnuts over tart dough. Pour dressing lightly over candies. . Let it cook in already warmed oven at 220 0C temperature for 10-12 minutes. Let it cool for 1 hour at room temperature. Spread tart jelly over it, let firm for 2-3 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
