BURSA TURKISH DELIGHT WITH FILLING CHESTNUT (for 5 to 6 people) :

500-gr flour
15-gr wet leaven
¾ water glass of granulated sugar
Half a glass of oil
One egg
400-gr Sweetened Mashed Kafkas Chestnut
100-gr tahini
50-gr opium poppy
Sieve flour, add leaven, granulated sugar, oil, and egg and knead them until you get the dough at ear lobe mildness. Cover it with a piece of cloth and let rest for one hour. Roll out in rectangular shape with roller on a smooth ground. Add tahini and mashed chestnut. Spread this mixture over rolled out dough in a thin layer. Roll up the dough and moisten its surface with water. Scatter opium poppy over it. Let it cook in already warmed oven at 180 0C temperature for 10-15 minutes.
