CHESTNUT AND ALMOND- FLAVORED TART (for 6 to 8 people) :

For the dough:
One and half water glass of flour
120-gr butter (8-tablespoon)
Half water glass of powdered sugar
1 egg
A pinch of vanilla
For the filling material:
150-gr butter (10-tablespoon)
¾ water glass of brown sugar
3 eggs
1-tablespoon cinnamon
1 water glass breadstick crumbs
1000-gr powdered almond
Half a water glass of flour
300-gr Kafkas Sugar-FreeMashed Chestnut
Coating:
4-5 candied cherry.
Sieve the flour in a deep pot for making dough. Add butter, rested in room temperature, brown sugar and yolk, and knead them. Roll out dough with roller and place into the mold. Let rest in the refrigerator for half-an-hour while whisking butter for filling material. Add brown sugar whisk 2-3 minute more. Add the eggs one by one to the sugar-oil mixture and mix thoroughly. Whisk 1-2 minutes more after adding cinnamon, breadstick crumbs, powdered almond and flour. Spread this mixture over tart dough. Let it cook in already warmed oven at 180 0C for 10-15 minutes. Turn the tart upside down onto the service plate. Put sugar-free mashed chestnut into the cloth bag of cream and strain over the tart in any way whatsoever you please. Dress with candying cherry and serve it.
